XZG double-mass vibration feeder is composed of material trough,balance frame,shear spring,hanger,spiral compression spring,vibration motor(or motor-driven vibration exciter)and other objects.The vibration motor connects the balance frame with the material trough through shear spring.When the vibration motor (or motor-driven vibration exciter)vibrates,it drives the balance frame to generate vibration,and the balance frame transmits the vibration to the material trough through shear spring.It should be specially pointed out that in the process of vibration for cetransmission,the resonance vibration is generated by the mutual excitation of two masses,rather than the traditional single mass vibration.When the two masses trigger the resonance vibration,the excitation force increases instantaneously.This principle is also an important theoretical source that the power consumption of the XZG double-mass vibration feeder produced by our company is one third less than that of the conventional equipment.
