SF flotation machine is a mechanical agitator flotation machine with self-absorption of slurry and self-absorption of air. The effective volume is 0.37-20m³. The flotation machine is driven by a V-belt drive of an electric motor to drive the impeller to rotate, generating a centrifugal effect to form a negative pressure. On the one hand, it inhales sufficient air to mix with the slurry, and on the other hand, it stirs the slurry and mixes with the drug, while refining the foam, so that the minerals adhere to the foam, float to the surface of the slurry and then form mineralized foam. Adjust the gate height to control the liquid level.
SF flotation machine can be widely used in the selection of non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, and non-metallic minerals, and is suitable for roughing and scavenging operations in large and medium-sized flotation plants.
1. Large air intake and low power consumption.
2. Long life of wearing parts.
3. Each tank has the triple functions of air intake, slurry intake and flotation, and forms a flotation circuit. It does not require any auxiliary equipment and is horizontally configured to facilitate process changes.
4. Reasonable slurry circulation can minimize coarse sand precipitation and is conducive to the flotation of coarse-grained minerals.
5. It is equipped with an automatic control device for the slurry surface, which is easy to adjust.
6. The impeller has backward-inclined upper and lower blades. The upper blade produces an upper circulation of slurry, and the lower blade produces a lower circulation of slurry.
7. Mechanical stirring, self-suction, and self-suction of slurry.
8. It can be combined with the JJF flotation machine to form a combined flotation unit as the suction tank for each operation.
When the impeller of the SF flotation machine rotates, the pulp in the upper and lower impeller chambers generates centrifugal force under the action of the upper and lower blades and is thrown to the surroundings, forming a negative pressure zone in the upper and lower impeller chambers. At the same time, the pulp on the upper part of the cover plate is sucked into the upper impeller chamber through the circulation holes on the cover plate, forming an upper circulation of the pulp. When the lower blade throws out the pulp to the surroundings, the pulp at the lower part is replenished to the center, thus forming a lower circulation of the pulp. The air is sucked into the upper impeller chamber through the suction pipe and the center tube, mixed with the sucked pulp, forming a large number of fine bubbles, which are evenly dispersed in the tank after steady flow through the cover plate to form mineralized bubbles. The mineralized bubbles float to the foam layer and are scraped out by the scraper to form the foam product.
