XCFIl is a pulp-sucking aerated mechanical flotation machine.It not only has the advantages of general aerated mechanical mixing flotation machine,but also can self-suction ore feeding (into ore) and midore(return)without foam pump,but its power consumption is slightly higher than KYF type.KYFIlis an inflatable and mixed flotation machine  which has no self-imbibition pulp function and low power.If this unique model is selected in the poolselection process, the equipment shall be equipped with class (height difference)configuration,and the middle ore meal recycleshall be equipped with foam pump.In order to meet the requirements of horizontal configuration of flotation equipment,XCFland  KYFIlcan be jointly configured,with XCFll as suction tank.The KYFIl model acts as a DC tank,leaving out the foam  pump for the midmine return.In this way,the unique performance of each model is played to make up for each other's weaknesses.The structure of the flotation machine is designed with a double inverted conical table impeller with backward blade,and the air distributor in the center of the impeller,resulting in better performance than similar flotation  machines.
