Wet grinding overflow ball mill is supported by rolling bearings, through the transmission machinery to make it rotate slowly, the material from the cylinder feeding end to feed, in the cylinder due to the steel ball and the ore itself, the impact of the fall and self-grinding, the material can be crushed. Due to the continuous feeding of materials, the pressure prompts the materials in the cylinder to move from the feeding end to the discharging end, and the slurry is higher than the lower edge of the hollow shaft at the discharging end and overflows spontaneously. The hollow shaft has anti-spiral blades, which can return the overflowed steel balls and coarse ore pieces back to the mill. The structure of this new ball mill equipment consists of feeding part, main bearing, rotary part, transmission part (large and small gear device), air clutch, main motor, slow transmission device, jacking device, and lubrication system, electric control system and so on.
