The hydraulic central transmission high-efficiency thickener is mainly composed of a transmission device, a bridge, a dosing device, a feed pipe, a fixed barrel, a distribution barrel, a scraper, a shaft, a long rake, a short rake, a boom, an electric control device, a hydraulic station, and a maintenance hanger. The central transmission concentrator adopts flocculation technology. The slurry is directly input into the compression area of the concentrator to form a filter bed layer in the pool. The non flocculated fine particles in the slurry input from the bottom are washed up by the water flow and collide with the particles in the filter bed layer. Due to the effect of flocculants, they are combined with other particles and sink, thereby increasing the concentration of the bottom slurry and reducing the concentration of the upper overflow water. Due to the use of flocculants, the particles are easy to form agglomerates, the sedimentation rate is greatly accelerated, and the processing capacity per unit area is significantly improved, which is 4 to 8 times that of traditional concentrators.
